1. General Terms
By booking and using our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
2. Booking Appointments
- Age: Clients must be 18+ years old
- Booking: By phone (+30 694 279 4956) or email
- Confirmation: Booking is confirmed when we contact you
- Deposit: May be required for large groups
3. Cancellation & Refund
- Notice: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance
- Cancellation: Free if notified 24+ hours in advance
- Late cancellation: May be charged 50% of value
- No-show: 100% charge if you don't show without notice
4. Massage Services
- Types: Relaxing, sports, deep tissue, therapeutic massage
- Duration: 30, 45, 60, 90 or 120 minutes
- Location: At your location (home) or office
- Equipment: Portable massage table, oils, towels
5. Hygiene Requirements
- Space must be clean and quiet
- Must have enough room for massage table
- Client must be healthy (no fever, contagious illness)
- Services not provided if skin infections present
6. Liability
Masseur is not a doctor. Services are for relaxation and wellness, not medical treatment.
- Consult your doctor before massage for medical conditions
- Inform masseur of allergies, injuries, areas to avoid
- Not responsible for injuries from client negligence
7. Prices & Payment
- Pricelist: Posted at /en/prices/
- Payment: Cash or card after massage
- Receipt: Provided upon payment
- Change: Only in euros accepted
8. Client Behavior
- Respect the masseur
- Professional behavior required
- No inappropriate behavior - immediate service termination
- No drugs or alcohol during session
9. Cancellation by Masseur
We reserve the right to cancel due to:
- Bad weather conditions (storm, snow)
- Masseur illness
- Safety concerns (extreme conditions)
- Notification will be made as soon as possible
10. Personal Data
Your data is protected according to our Privacy Policy and GDPR.
11. Terms Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms with prior notice.

Please notify us. If you're >15 minutes late, the session may be shortened.
Can I cancel during the session?
Yes, but you'll be charged for the time up to that point.

No. You can keep underwear on. The masseur will guide you.

No, payment is for time and service, not results.
